Our UCaaS/CCaaS platform utilizes a geo-redundant architecture with real-time data replication to ensure zero data loss and automated failover in the event of an infrastructure interruption.
Data Protection & Redundancy Measures
- Active-Active Geo-Redundancy: Core platform data, call logs (CDRs), and system configurations are continuously synchronized across multiple, physically separated data centres. If one data centre experiences a critical failure, traffic automatically reroutes to an active secondary node.
- Continuous Database Backups: Write-ahead logging and point-in-time recovery (PITR) protocols ensure that database states are preserved up to the second of any unexpected disruption.
- Call Recording & Analytics Preservation: Call recordings and interaction analytics are streamed directly to secure, highly durable cloud object storage. Even during an active server drop, the system safely closes and flushes media fragments to persistent storage.
- Local Device Cache: For minor network drops, the desktop and mobile applications locally cache interaction states and chat histories, re-syncing them with the cloud the moment connectivity is restored.
