The Amiba platform natively supports all hardware from Yealink and Poly (Polycom), offering full zero-touch provisioning. Additionally, any standard, SIP-compatible (Session Initiation Protocol) hardware device or softphone can be manually connected to the platform.
Supported Hardware Categories
- Natively Supported Brands:Yealink and Poly (Polycom) desk phones, conference phones, and DECT wireless systems enjoy full feature compatibility, including remote provisioning, firmware management, and centralized asset tracking via the Admin Portal.
- Open SIP Devices: Any third-party hardware device that supports standard SIP protocols (such as Cisco, Grandstream, or Fanvil) can be registered as a generic SIP endpoint by manually entering the platform’s SIP registrar details and authentication credentials.
- Softphones & Virtual Devices: The platform supports hardware-less environments via our native Desktop App (Windows/macOS), Mobile App (iOS/Android), and WebRTC Web Phone (Google Chrome/Microsoft Edge).
- Audio Peripherals: Standard business headsets, speakerphones, and Bluetooth accessories from major brands (such as Jabra, Plantronics/Poly, and Sennheiser) are fully supported for call control functionality.
